NML Cygni has been knocked of the top spot now UY Scuti is the Biggest known Star in the Universe with a whopping
1,708 times the Solar Radius of the Sun. Lets see how long this new fella lasts at the top spot my guess is not long.

amazing isn't it the Stars these days keep getting bigger and bigger and I am sure UY Scuti will be surpassed by an even bigger star. its kinda ironic in a way the big stars live the shortest but at the same time they are the most important.
