This is a picture of an ocean cave... you can decide for now whether or not its on earth or not(at least until i come up with a real story for the image )... but it is in the future and the rusting metal in the cave is the remains of some ship or machine that has been forgotten for years(hence the rust). But that is a futuristic jet flying by in the background as well.

So I have been trying so hard for the longest time to make a good photoshop painting... I FINALLY TAUGHT MYSELF! I am very proud of this... i mean its not perfect but i really like it...

haha (sorry Regulus ), that you need to be really loose with it an like
crazy sketchy. For some reason I didn't actually understand it... Now I do!
so hopefully now I can just crank out a bunch of speedpaints!

I thought I commented on this already, this is cool! you did a good job on the water especially. I might have made the bits of cave around the edges a bit darker to make the crashed machine more of the focus. Probably the walls would be more in shadow that far back in the cave, you've got the direction of the lighting right, but that deep the overall amount of light is less .... but yeah overall this is great, keep it up Lighting and shadows are things that you'll get better with practice
