I haven't thrown up any space art in awhile with school and work, so I thought now would be a good time.

My favorite part is where the Hydrogen (red) and the Oxygen (blue) meet near the middle. There are some star issues, and a few contrast issues, but those will be smoothed out later.
Work in progress C&C Appreciated!

hm mhm hm, nice work mate! I like the dark (good) feeling, its very relaxing. Very simple and without unnecessary details. So I only dont "like" (its too strong word- I like it anyway) the blending with the strongest light reflections on the nebula (both blue and red). I have an idea, you can copy the layer with the strongest reflection (both blue and red) and blur the copy enough till you get a nice gradient. Another one thing is the small stars on the right side. They have too counter color with the blue and i`m focusing there. Maybe it will be better if you set a little blue tint. I`m sorry if i`m too critical. Anyway good work! Cheerz.

As has been suggested you could and I repeat could touch up the blue. However, I personally wouldn't delete the last one. Thumbs up! Jan

Very cool! One thing I would mention: you have diffraction bars on many stars, but they should occur on ALL the bright stars. There are a few large stars without them ..... ok that's an extreme nitpick so not a big deal - but anyways great job! The nebula itself is really nice

The blue nebula is now next on my list of fun :D
Regulus - Thanks for pointing that out, don't want to make the same mistake twice (as in the astrum ortus picture)

Loving where this is going so far. The nebula itself is great but I'm particularly liking the flares, very reminiscent of Hubble photos without going overboard.
