The Jet Propulsion Lab has released a new feature on the Cassini website -- The Top Images of 2010 from the Cassini space probe.

There are some fantastic images on this site, and they should be very inspirational to space artists.  Check it out and see if you get some new ideas!

Here's an image from this website that is particularly spectacular -- A closeup of the ring edge where thinker clumps of material are casting shadows on the thinner sections of the ring.  AMAZING!

This is some neat stuff you shared, Tom! I've seen the image above before and I think I've read that the thicker parts were no more than 100 meters tall!

The Universe is so mind boggling..
