NASA press releaseFeatures have been spotted near Titan's north pole which look very like lakes with channels around them. They appear to be extremely smooth, which may mean they are filled with liquid. Unfortunately for us artists, Titan's north pole is currently pointing away from the Sun, therefore is in the middle of a several-year-long dark period. It may be that Titan only gets cold enough to support liquids during such conditions. Then again, we could always park a searchlight-equipped spacecraft down there I suppose...
